NCS Technologies breaks ground for new headquarters

July 23, 2021

A local manufacturer expands to the Innovation Park.

NCS Technologies will break the ground at the new headquarters.

The 108,000 square meter building will be located at 9601 Discovery Boulevard in Manassas, according to a release from the Prince William County Department of Economic Development (PWCDED).

“The close integration of our entire business operations under one roof will increase efficiency, encourage creativity and give our processes flexibility, agility and speed,” said NCS President An Van Nguyen in a press release. We have seen a significant expansion of our business over the past few years and look forward to many more years of growth. “

According to Christina Winn, Executive Director of PWCDED, the county supports advanced manufacturers with infrastructure, zoning, real estate and low operating costs.

“We are excited to retain NCS while increasing jobs in the target public procurement and information communications technology industries,” said Winn in a press release. “NCS is investing $ 15.1 million to build their new headquarters and we have worked with the company to ensure they were able to purchase the property in Innovation Park to best support their additional expansion.”

NCS Technologies was founded in 2002 in Prince William County. His clients include military branches, federal organizations and members of the secret service.

By creating a new production line, the company can increase its capacities.

“NCS Technologies is a hometown success story,” said Jeanine Lawson, district manager of Brentsville, in a press release. “I am pleased to welcome a leader in computer manufacturing to the Innovation Park. The inclusion of NCS shows the diversity of industries in the Innovation Park and enhances the park’s status as an innovative center.”
