Nova Scotia reported a new case of COVID-19 on Monday, bringing the active case count to 13.
The new case is located in the central zone and is a close contact with a previously reported case, according to a press release.
There is currently no one in the hospital being treated for COVID-19.
Laboratories across the province processed 6,900 COVID-19 tests Friday through Sunday.
As of Monday, 75.4 percent of Nova Scotians had received a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, including 57.6 percent who had also received a second dose.
The province no longer provides updates on COVID-19 on weekends. New cases, test numbers, and other statistics for Saturdays and Sundays are now provided on Mondays.
