2 teenagers, 2 men charged with fatal shooting near Manassas Mall

Police have arrested four people in connection with a shooting outside Manassas Mall. Another suspect is still wanted.

Three people charged with a fatal shootout outside Manassas Mall on Sudley Road, Virginia earlier this month were arrested. According to the police, another person is being sought.

First Sgt. Jonathan Perok of the Prince William County Police Department said they received a notice leading to arrests after holding a press conference asking for public help.

Aliquan Gary Gill, 23, of Woodbridge, turned himself around on Wednesday. He is charged with murder, grossly malicious injury, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a crime.

The police are still looking for Christian Starr Haynes, 24, from Woodbridge. He is wanted for murder, serious malicious injury, and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime. Haynes is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, about 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Two 17-year-olds, a man and a woman, were also arrested for murder.

The police are also looking for a fifth person who is not a suspect and has not yet been charged at the time.

Police said Jahmar Graves, 34, and two others were at the mall on April 2 when they had an argument with another group.

“They dispersed, however, and then met in the parking lot where the shooting took place,” said Perok.

Graves was killed and another man, 22, was wounded and taken to hospital. He is expected to recover, police said.

The police are still unsure whether the two groups knew each other before the altercation.

“So far we have not been able to establish a link between any of the suspects and either party,” said Perok.

The police are asking anyone with information on Haynes’s whereabouts to call the Prince William County Police Department at 703-792-7000 or submit a tip online.
