Arlington Mann faces seven charges | News, sports, jobs

SIBLEY COUNTY – A 38-year-old Arlington man who has faced six charges in Sibley County District Court and hailed from a love triangle was charged on March 23 for escaping from custody after allegedly failing to return to prison, after he was released from chemical addiction treatment.

Bail for Dale Martin Nelson II was set at $ 10,000 in cash or bond at a trial against the indictments on April 21. A collective hearing for Nelson, who is back in Sibley County custody, has been scheduled for 11 a.m. on April 29.

On February 16, Nelson was charged with second degree felony and threatened with violence, gross offense, domestic violence, child endangerment, a protection order and disorderly behavior.

On April 21, Nelson’s bail for the six charges was set at $ 500,000 unconditional ($ 100,000 conditional).
