Returns on the Richmond Farmers Market

HOUSTON, Texas (KIAH) The Development Corporation of Richmond and the City of Richmond are bringing the Richmond Farmer`s Market back on the first Friday of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from September 3, 2021 for 10 months back to May 1. June 2022.

The Richmond Farmers Market will be located in Wessendorff Park, 500 Preston St..

This market is managed by local volunteer and advocate Jessica Huang, who reached out to past vendors and enabled them in their farm-to-table communities. Visitors to the Farmers Market can find vendors such as ScreaminGood Greens, Three Sisters Farms and Curter Brenham Beef, satisfy their cravings with freshly made crepes from Le Sorelle, or try out unique jewelry designs.

It was a goal for the City team to bring events to our community that would introduce people to historic downtown Richmond and the opportunity to shop locally. ”
