EDWARDS, Margery Ball, 89, of Mechanicsville, went to see the Lord on Saturday, October 2, 2021. Her husband, Norman R. Edwards Sr., preceded in death; and has three children, Norman R. Edwards Jr. (Diane), Victoria Echo, and Michael Edwards (Kelly); Brother, William I. Ball; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Margery’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. The services will be private. HEGE, Raymond George, of Mechanicsville, left this life on December 28, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends will celebrate his life with a memorial service on Saturday, October 16 at 11 a.m. Please visit us at Mechanicsville Presbyterian Church, 7339 Atlee Road, Mechanicsville. HUNRATH, Robert G., 78, of Mechanicsville, went to see the Lord on Sunday, October 3, 2021. His son Jeffrey Hunrath preceded him in death; and is survived by his 36-year-old wife, Susan Hunrath; four children, Christopher, Barbara, Ann-Marie Hunrath and Jessica Barnard (Glen); six grandchildren, Jamie, Sarah, Blair, Lucas, Amanda, and William; two great-grandchildren, Jersey and Josephine; and his brother Philip Hunrath (Marie). As an active member of the Catholic Church of the Redeemer, Robert was also a third degree and former Grand Knight of the Albert E. Chipman Council, Knights of Columbus. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. The family welcomes friends with a prayer service on Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Mechanicsville Chapel at Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd. On Saturday, October 9, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Catholic Church of the Savior, 8275 Meadowbridge Rd, a Christian burial mass was held. The funeral in Signal Hill Memorial Park followed.
