VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. (WAVY) – A popular restaurant that started out as a hot dog cart in New York City opened first location in Hampton Roads On Wednesday.
Shake Shack’s new restaurant is in a prime location in downtown Virginia Beach. It will be the fourth Shake Shack in Virginia.
The restaurant opened its doors at 11 a.m. and is offering tote bags filled with loot to the first 100 customers. In the pouch pocket: sunglasses and a sticker for the cell phone pocket with the Shake Shack logo.

Norfolk-based bakery The Rustic Tart announced a new partnership in a video posted on social media This allows you to serve your cakes in ice cream shake shacks.
